We have hydro coolers at each growing region which cools the cherries as soon as they are picked. After they are cooled, they are then driven to our packing facility in a refrigerated truck so that the “cold chain” is never broken. Our line has the ability to double sort, which allows us to give the consumer the best available cherries and assures that there will be minimal defects in the package. Our growers are constantly striving to practice up to date growing practices so they can produce large firm cherries. We are one of the largest exporters in California.

Cherry season is truly unexplainable. It is so fast you don’t have much time to think or act, let alone think and act while your body is running on no sleep. We are working 18 to 20 hours a day, seven days a week. It is one of those things that you can’t explain to anyone. A person has to live through a season to appreciate it.
