Cherry & Dark Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 32 oz vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 10 oz fresh cherries
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

STEP 1

Whisk or with an immersion blender, combine the yogurt with the half and half.

STEP 2

In a small bowl blend half of the thawed cherries with the immersion blender until smooth. Add the puree to the yogurt mixture.

STEP 3

Add the rest of the cherries in to the same bowl, this time leave them a little chunky, and add those to the yogurt along with the chocolate chips.

STEP 4

Stir and pour into your ice cream maker until slightly frozen.

STEP 5

Serve or place in a freezer-safe container and pop it into the fridge until ready to eat.
