Roasted Cherry Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cherries
- Brownie mix
- Oil (refer to brownie mix)
- Eggs (refer to brownie mix)
- Vanilla bean ice cream
Instructions
Makes 12-16 servings
STEP 1
Pit cherries and cut them in half. Sprinkle with sugar and roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Prepare brownie mix.
STEP 3
Remove cherries from the oven and reduce oven temperature according to brownie directions.
STEP 4
Mix cooled cherries into the brownie batter and bake according to brownie directions. Top with ice cream!
